Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Next.js to build scalable MERN applications.
- Solid expertise in MongoDB / NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, with working knowledge of jQuery and AJAX.
- Experience developing and maintaining SaaS-based applications and production-grade platforms.
- Proficient in RESTful API design, integration, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM, MongoDB Atlas for deployment, hosting, monitoring, and scaling.
- End-to-end server management including setup, configuration, optimization, domain/DNS handling, SSL, security, backups, and uptime monitoring.
- Experience with Vercel deployment and management, including CI/CD workflows and environment configurations for React/Next.js apps.
- Strong understanding of Node.js server-side management, logging, environment handling, and performance monitoring.
- Working knowledge of WordPress development and management, including theme/plugin customization and site maintenance.
- Working knowledge of PHP with the ability to understand, modify, and maintain existing codebases.
- Ability to independently handle HTML-based tasks and frontend changes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure optimization.
- Proficient in Git/GitHub, debugging, code optimization, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage the complete application lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Capability to reverse engineer existing systems, identify performance or reliability gaps, and implement monitoring and alerts.
- Experience in bug fixing, feature/module development, Web API development, and maintaining secure, high-quality code.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor developers, resolve technical blockers, and lead projects hands-on.
- Prior experience as a Tech Lead / Dev Lead managing enterprise applications and multiple releases.
- Strong understanding of AWS, OOP concepts, project architecture, package managers, modules, and problem-solving.
