Job Description

  • Co-create and Co-own the technology roadmap and the engineering vision.
  • Execute the technology roadmap into actionable milestones by working closely with
  • product, design, ops, sales and marketing teams.
  • Design simple and elegant systems to make the cross-border logistics friction free.
  • Identify key metrics and measure and track them religiously.
  • Be the Gatekeeper of code quality - review other s code with an eye to performance,
  • code readability, maintainability and security.
  • Create an environment to ship products rapidly and incrementally.
  • Setup an API framework that can scale in terms of endpoints, versioning as well as
  • performance.
  • Enable rapid integrations with partner ecosystems and Logtech products.
  • Extreme focus on automating business processes, operations and checklists via RPAs
  • ML and AI.
  • Build a strong platform that can support real-time visibility, 24x7 fail-safe API
  • endpoints, document management systems, Business intelligence, multi-device
  • compatibility and multimodal communications.
  • Manage the technology infrastructure and cloud infra required for the platform.
  • Strong focus on documentation and testing.
  • Hire and Lead teams effectively.
