Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baner, Pune for a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern. Responsibilities include conducting research on industries and markets, reviewing accounting and investment documents, and preparing reports and presentations. The intern will collaborate closely with the team to support successful transaction execution. Opportunity to convert into full time over exceptional performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Finance, Investments, and Accounting principles, with an ability to apply these in practice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should have used tools like Canva before.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Internship experience or coursework in M&A or financial services is a plus
