About Us
Kubera Equity Ltd specializes in acquiring and selling small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong professional to support our CEO and CFO in executing transactions and optimizing internal processes.
Role Overview
You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute SME transactions. Your role will combine deal execution support with process optimization, leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CEO & CFO in SME acquisitions and disposals.
- Use AI tools to streamline document creation, data analysis, and research.
- Prepare high-quality sales materials and presentations for investors, buyers, and sellers.
- Conduct commercial and financial analysis, including market research and benchmarking.
- Perform company valuations according to international best practices (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions).
- Assist in transaction documentation and due diligence processes.
Profile
We are open to a High Perfomer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from top tier university in finance, accounting, or business administration (University of Dehlhi, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, SPJIMR, JBIMS).
- 25 years experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Proven ability to create pitch materials, run valuations, and support deal execution.
- Skilled in MS Office, financial modelling, and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Post qualification CFA, ACCA or CA a strong plus.

Renumeration:
INR 220,000/monthly base salary
+
USD 20,000 annual performance bonus
