THE ROLE

As an M&A Analyst, you will work acrosslive deal situations, from identifying opportunities to supporting execution.

You will:

• Source opportunities:Identify acquisition and fundraising situations across multiple channels and develop judgment on timing, intent, and fit
• Build intelligence:Analyze businesses, assess risks, and form clear, decision-ready views
• Support execution:Track opportunities, assist in outreach, and help move conversations forward
• Improve systems:Refine sourcing approaches and internal processes over time
