Merchant Onboarding - Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily day-end reporting and maintain accurate operational records.
• Verify merchant KYC documents in line with regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Review and validate merchant leads to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform backend operational tasks including eSign processing, bank account configuration, and system updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve pending cases and ensure timely onboarding completion.
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational guidelines, and service-level agreements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to closure within defined timelines.
