Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Merchandizer based in South Delhi. The role involves managing product sourcing, maintaining communication with suppliers and clients, overseeing quality control processes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include assisting with product marketing, managing customer relationships, monitoring sales trends, and maintaining organizational efficiency to uphold the company's reputation for excellence and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Deep Knowledge of Furniture manufacturing, with capability to do independent costing of both wood and metal furniture including upholstery.
- Skills to manage vendors to ensure timely delivery in specified quality. and evaluate new vendors
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage logistics, quality control, and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in market research and product sourcing, with a focus on cost optimization and compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Wood or Furniture manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in furniture or home goods industry is essential.
