Merchandising & Procurement Intern

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

We're looking for someone who can own the backend of product drops—from sampling to final delivery. This is not a passive internship. You will be directly responsible for ensuring that products are planned, produced, and delivered on time.

If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and obsessed with execution, this role will give you real exposure to building a fashion brand from the inside.

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with vendors for fabric, trims, and production timelines
• Follow up daily to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain vendor tracker (costing, timelines, delays)

• Assist in planning quantities and size ratios
• Track sampling (proto → fit → final sample)
• Ensure all SKUs are production-ready before launch
• Coordinate with internal teams for shoot and launch readiness

• Track inward of finished goods
• Maintain SKU-level inventory sheets
• Flag delays, shortages, or quality issues proactively

• Ensure all products are ready before launch deadlines
• Work closely with the founder on timelines and priorities
• Be the bridge between design, production, and operations

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up skills (you don't wait, you chase)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good with Google Sheets / Excel
• Interest in fashion / streetwear is a plus

• End-to-end product lifecycle in a D2C fashion brand
• Vendor management and negotiation basics
• Inventory planning and merchandising fundamentals
• How drops are planned and executed in real time

• ₹10,000/month
• 2-month internship + full-time opportunity based on performance
• On-site role in Jaipur
