Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Merchandising Assistant. The Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of merchandising plans, managing inventory, monitoring sales trends, providing customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives. The role involves ensuring visually appealing displays, coordinating product launches, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or related roles is a plus
