Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Assistant located in Surat. The Merchandising Assistant will support the merchandising team by coordinating inventory management, assisting in product selection, monitoring sales trends, and ensuring an optimal display of products. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate product records to support organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication ability
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to effectively interact with clients and ensure positive experiences
• Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring sales trends and making data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and inventory management systems is an advantage
