Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Merchandiser. The position involves managing and coordinating product orders, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing retail and sales strategies, coordinating with teams for order execution, and ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service abilities to maintain professional and effective interaction with clients and suppliers
• Experience in sales and retail operations to drive business goals and achieve targets
• Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using relevant software like microsoft office and tools for merchandising and sales processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the export/import industry would be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
