Job Title: Merchandiser - Beauty
Sales & Business Performance:
- Track Sales performance against budgets & KPIs
- Drive initiatives to improve sell through, conversion & category contribution
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through activations, events, CRM, campaigns, Promotions
- Prepare Weekly, monthly business reviews with actionable insights
- Tracking of Budgets & closely monitory ROI, Spends
- Data Analysis & projection basis inputs on campaigns, KSMs, activations
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with cross functional teams like marketing, CRM, Supply chain, finance, Operations
- Collaborate on campaigns, launches, promotions & customer engagement
- Smooth communication between brand principals & internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Retail Operations:
- Ensure timely product launches & in store execution
- Coordinate with store Operations teams to maintain VM standards, tester Hygiene & stock availability
- Support store teams with education & training by working closely with brand teams
- Monitor store wise productivity & recommend corrective actions
Merchandise planning & inventory management
- Work closely with brand partners on product launches, assortment & availability
- Develop merchandise plans aligned with targets
- Monitor inventory levels, stock health, sell through & aging inventory
- Track RTVs, Markdowns, Stock rotation, inventory productivity
- Forecasting & demand planning
Marketing & Activations
- Planning monthly Trade marketing plans
- Yearly calendar planning & executions for Key Ips, KSMs & activations
- Working with brand & operation teams to execute events
- Negotiation of offers, tactical activations
- Analyse competitor activity & market trends to identify opportunities
