Merchandiser

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Noida. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing retail displays, ensuring proper product presentation, maintaining inventory levels, and collaborating with the team to meet sales and customer engagement goals. The Merchandiser will also play a pivotal role in tracking market trends, creating visual merchandising plans, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive product visibility and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail practices with the ability to meet sales goals and optimize product placement
• Experience in Marketing to assist with promotions, advertisements, and enhancing product visibility
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with inventory management and analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively
