This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing store displays, ensuring product placement aligns with sales strategies, and monitoring stock levels. They will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional initiatives, provide excellent customer service, and analyze market trends to optimize the in-store experience. The role requires close attention to detail and a proactive approach to merchandising strategies.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail operations
• Understanding of Marketing principles as they relate to merchandising
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
