Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Mathura. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining visual standards in retail environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams and vendors, tracking inventory levels, analyzing product performance, and implementing promotions to maximize sales. The role also involves regular store visits, monitoring competitor activities, collecting customer feedback, and preparing reports on merchandising activities and outcomes. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams is essential to support brand visibility, product placement, and overall retail performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Customer service and retail experience, with the ability to understand customer needs and enhance in-store experience.

- Basic marketing knowledge to support promotional activities, branding initiatives, and visual merchandising standards.

- Proficiency in using retail or inventory management tools and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura, travel between retail locations as needed, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in merchandising or retail operations.
