Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves working closely with luxury products, managing inventory and supporting merchandising strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in inventory management and stock tracking
• Conducting quality checks for incoming luxury products
• Coordinating with vendors for product sourcing
• Organizing and maintaining merchandise assortment
• Monitoring sales trends to optimize product mix
• Supporting retail and merchandising strategies
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales or retail environments
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory tools
• Passion for fashion, luxury brands and sustainability
