Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in Tiruppur Taluka. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, developing and maintaining a product assortment strategy, managing customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of goods.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Inventory Management
- Proficiency in creating and managing product assortments
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the garment or retail industry is a plus
