Role Purpose

As a Retail Merchandiser at BIBA, you will play a critical role in shaping what customers experience in our stores every day. You will ensure the right product reaches the right store at the right time — driving sell-through, maximizing productivity, and elevating the customer journey.

This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role for someone who thrives on numbers, understands fashion sensibilities, and wants to make a visible impact on business performance.

What You Will Own

Drive Store Productivity

• Analyze store-wise, category-wise, and SKU-wise sales performance.
• Improve key metrics such as Sell-Through %, SPPD, Stock Turn, and ASP.
• Identify opportunities to unlock growth in assigned stores.

Master Inventory Excellence

• Ensure optimal stock depth and size-set availability.
• Proactively manage slow-moving and ageing inventory.
• Execute intelligent stock rebalancing across stores.

Power Launch Success

• Support allocation planning for new season launches.
• Track launch performance and take timely corrective actions.
• Ensure strong in-store availability for key collections (Kurtas, Suits, Occasion Wear, Mix & Match).

Be the Bridge Between Teams

• Collaborate closely with Buying, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
• Capture market feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
• Ensure seamless execution of promotions and markdown strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10-12 years of experience in Retail Merchandising (Fashion/Ethnic preferred).
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
