Key Responsibilities
Product Display & Maintenance: Set up, clean, and maintain product displays, shelves, and racks, ensuring they are visually appealing.
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, restock products, and manage inventory rotation (FIFO - first in, first out) to ensure freshness.
Planogram Execution: Implement, update, and follow planograms and signage to meet brand guidelines and promotional requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Identify and report out-of-date, damaged, or low-stock items.
Relationship Management: Communicate with store managers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure product availability.
Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to improve product placement and visibility.
