Position: MEP Supervisor
Location: On-site, Noida
Type: Full-time
As an MEP Supervisor at PROGRESSIVE SHELTERS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will oversee Mechanical or Electrical or Plumbing and associated systems for construction projects. The role includes supervising site activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring smooth execution of construction projects in compliance with standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site MEP activities, including plumbing, firefighting or electrical works.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring all tasks meet project specifications and standards.
- Oversee facility management tasks and ensure efficient maintenance of MEP systems.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to relevant safety protocols and construction codes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Site Supervision &Site Inspections.
- Expertise in Plumbing & Firefighting &Electrical Systems.
- Hands-on experience in executing and managing construction-related tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Certification/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
