MEP QS Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP QS Engineer, based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include cost estimation and management for MEP works, preparation and evaluation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ), coordination of MEP activities across projects, and ensuring compliance with standards. The engineer will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to monitor progress and ensure cost-effective, quality execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Construction Management.
• Experience:Proven experience in MEP estimation, costing, and quantity surveying, usually 3+ years.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and software likeAutoCAD
• Knowledge:Strong understanding ofStandard Method of Measurement (SMM), construction contracts, and MEP systems.
• Attributes:High attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to work in a team.
