Project Manager (MEP Lead Electrical Focus)

Role Summary
We are hiring a senior MEP Project Manager (Electrical Lead) to manage electrical and MEP infrastructure for mission-critical Data Center projects. The role requires deep knowledge of power distribution, redundancy systems, and large-scale electrical project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP & Electrical design, execution, and commissioning
- Manage HT/LT systems, UPS, DG, Transformers, Switchgears
- Ensure uptime reliability and redundancy architecture
- Coordinate with CSA, IT, HVAC, Fire Safety, and Security teams
- Monitor project schedules, risks, cost, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct technical audits, vendor selection, and contract reviews
- Ensure compliance with international electrical standards & safety codes
- Participate in bid preparation and technical documentation
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in Tier III / Tier IV Data Center Electrical Systems
- Knowledge of Power Load Management & Energy Efficiency
- Expertise in Redundancy Design (N+1 / 2N / 3N)
- Large-team leadership and stakeholder handling
- Vendor & contractor negotiation capability
- Advanced project reporting & cost control skills
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
