- Understand the Project Scope and plan the execution with design, procurement and construction teams.
- Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
- Manage all teams present at site- execution, safety, quality.
- Indent for material, tools, equipment according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, Head Office and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety, material quality & correct installation methodologies are being met.
- Maintains job records, text reports and similar documentation.
- Allocate Resources as per Project Requirement.
- Manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Must Have:
- Effective communication.
- Ability to lead large teams.
- Detail-orientation.a
- Organised approach to work.
- Prior experience of working at Industrial Projects.
- Rigour to deliver fast paced construction projects.
