Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Project Manager, based in Chennai. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing submittals, and ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and safety measures are consistently maintained.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing expertise
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience preparing and reviewing Submittals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in MEP project management, particularly on construction or industrial projects
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices in MEP and construction
