Experience: 3-10 years of experience in MEP project planning and execution.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SeniorMEP Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from design through execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, quality compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead the MEP project team for assigned projects.

Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and PMC teams to ensure seamless execution.

Develop project sequencing, scheduling, and overall execution strategies.

Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Provide design and technical support during project execution.

Conduct regular site visits and monitor on-site MEP activities.

Prepare BOQs and assist in tendering and procurement processes.

Review technical specifications, drawings, and MEP equipment selection.

Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-10 years of experience in MEP project planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Experience in project coordination and scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
• Sound understanding of design compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
