This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Manager, Sales Head, Project Head at Atmosphere - The Store Makers, located in Thane. Responsibilities include overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and design, managing plumbing systems, and ensuring smooth procurement processes. The role involves leadership and collaboration to deliver high-quality project outcomes and maintain client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with expertise in MEP Coordination and MEP Design
• Hands-on experience in Plumbing and related technical areas
• Strong background in Procurement processes and vendor management
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in managing large-scale projects involving space transformations is an advantage
• A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
