Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all MEP works at site.
- Coordinate with civil, structural and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications before execution.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and solve site-related issues.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project schedule.
- Supervise contractors, supervisors and MEP technicians.
- Check material requirements and coordinate for timely procurement.
- Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed at site.
- Attend client meetings and coordination meetings when required.
- Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of MEP works.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in MEP Coordination, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Proficiency in Plumbing and MEP Design to ensure efficient and optimized solutions
- Experience managing Procurement related to MEP projects
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out or construction projects is a strong advantage
