Job Responsiblities
- Coordination with consultants for design and project requirements, project Statutory approvals, material contractor planning and quality monitoring.
- Optimization of services of coordination with the construction team.
- Foam work MEP design finalization
- Coordinating with Architect, MEP consultant, lighting consultant and landscape consultants for the design of the building. Contractors work on scheduling and monitoring to achieve management targets
- Planning with the design team for completing deliverables within the timeline. Effective task management through performance management of design engineers and CAD/ Revit Technicians. Ensure accountability and delivery as also profitability by monitoring design cost. Actively share knowledge and experience with other staff in the section and organization particularly to help coach and develop more junior staff.
- Customer Place for the site / technical meetings.
- Team skills improving -positive attitude, ability to learn new working skills, motivation to handle more work, time management, and internal communication.
