As an MEP Foreman, you'll supervise on-site installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves managing teams, planning daily resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Your Role

• Supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure installations meet drawings and standards
• Oversee installation of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate material requests and ensure timely availability on site
• Lead and instruct tradesmen and laborers, ensuring daily targets are met
• Monitor productivity, progress, and overall site performance
• Maintain reports (progress, time & motion) and highlight delays or issues
• Ensure proper documentation and marking of completed installations
• Enforce health & safety regulations, including PPE compliance
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years experience as an MEP Foreman or Mechanical/Electrical Chargehand.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems installation (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in site supervision and workforce management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
