Objective of the Role:
Oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, focusing on design implementation, installation, and commissioning during construction or renovation. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety/building codes, managing vendor contracts, and optimizing energy consumption for operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee MEP design, installation, and testing from inception to handover.
- Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
- Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.
- Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities.
- Develops a long term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protection and overseeing execution of plan.
- Conducts guest room and common area inspection to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Selects and orders or purchasing new equipment, supplies, and furnishings.
- Ensure all systems meet local authority regulations, fire safety standards, and brand requirements.
- Develop preventative maintenance plans for guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors, managing bids and contracts.
- Monitor expenses, conduct rate analysis, and handle billing.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in hotel construction or hospitality project management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and power distribution systems.
