Job Role: MEP Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 4 – 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems
- Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Manage Maintenance timelines and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential projects.
- Good understanding of safety standards and quality control.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
