Role Summary

Manage MEP operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, process compliance, cost control, and high service quality across facilities.

• MEP Operations & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to R&M processes and performance metrics for efficient operations
• Ticket Resolution (TAT)
• Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
• Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective service
• Inventory Management
• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and downtime
• Cost Control
• Optimize maintenance costs within budget (if applicable)
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Team Management
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality
• Bachelor's in Engineering / Facilities Management or related field
• Experience in MEP/facilities operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems & maintenance processes
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership and team handling ability
• Problem-solving and detail-oriented approach
• Flexible to work in dynamic environments
