MEP Electrical Execution

Lead site execution of MEP systems (HVAC, PHE, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV).

Design, review, and coordinate MEP electrical systems for residential, hotel, hospital, and real estate projects.

Ensure compliance with international and Indian codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC, IS).

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain quality, safety, and project timelines.

Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Monitor contractors, ensure proper documentation, and resolve on-site technical challenges.
