DESIGN ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes.
- Providing technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
- Performing calculations and simulations to ensure system efficiency.
- Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Preparing documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in MEP design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Fire Safety Design:
- Design and specify structural components for fire suppression systems (e.g., sprinkler systems, fire hydrants), fire alarm systems (e.g., smoke detectors, alarm panels), and fire-rated enclosures for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- CCTV and Access Control:
- Design and specify structural components for CCTV cameras, access control systems, and associated equipment, ensuring they are properly installed and supported.
- HVAC Design:
