This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Hospitality, based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will oversee and manage day-to-day operations of hospitality services, ensuring exceptional customer experience and efficiency. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, overseeing guest relations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, vendor management, and collaborating with teams to drive the success of hospitality initiatives. Regular reporting on performance metrics, budgets, and service quality will also be part of this role.

• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing hospitality operations and teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles, guest relationship management, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement effective solutions for operational improvement.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and familiarity with industry-specific tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or certifications in the hospitality field is a plus.
• Experience in working with government-related projects and an understanding of compliance regulations is advantageous.
