Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Civil Structural Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing civil engineering designs, conducting structural analyses, developing detailed structural engineering plans, and managing projects. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Should have experience in Led BIM coordination for Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection
systems across major projects in Canada, USA, Saudi Arabia, and India.
Should deliver detailed 3D models (LOD 200500) for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments in Canada & USA using Revit MEP.
Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using
Navisworks for projects in Texas (USA) and Ontario (Canada).
good exposure in project planning, manpower allocation, and team leadership for ME P/BIM teams working on North American projects.
Should Coordinate with architects, structural teams, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth execution of projects in KSA, USA, and Canada.
Execute Scan-to-BIM modeling with high tolerance for renovation and retrofit projects in USA and Canada.
Create and maintain BEPs, QA/QC documents, RFIs, and ISO-19650
should align project documentation for global projects.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, issued MOMs, and ensured
stakeholder alignment across US, Canadian, and Saudi projects.
Manage CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC) for submission control and
workflow tracking for international project teams.
Support in estimation, specification review, and input management for commercial and industrial sites inUSA & Canada.
Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, detailers, and BIM professionals.
Implement BIM workflows and digital collaboration platforms in line with ISO 19650 standards.
