Hiring: Mentor for Product Management Program (Recorded Modules)
Location: Remote | Type: Freelance/Part-time | Mode: Pre-recorded Sessions
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Product Management Mentor to contribute to our flagship Product Management program. The mentor will be responsible for delivering high-quality recorded sessions for the following core modules:
- Capstone Projects
- Analytics for Product Managers
- AI in Product Management(How PMs leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance their workflow)
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management
- 2+ years of teaching, mentoring, or content delivery experience (preferably online or in recorded format)
- Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down complex topics
- Comfortable with asynchronous content recording
- Ideally associated with a reputed organization or holds a strong industry profile (adds credibility to the program)
Responsibilities:
- Record structured, engaging, and insightful content as per the curriculum
- Share real-world applications, frameworks, and case studies
- Guide learners through capstone project expectations and outcomes
- Highlight current trends, tools, and AI-driven practices used by modern PMs
Good to Have:
- Prior ed-tech or upskilling platform experience
- Exposure to tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.
- Thought leadership via LinkedIn, Medium, or conferences
