Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Mentor role located in Bengaluru. As a Mentor, you will guide learners through their career journeys by providing one-on-one mentorship and technical support. Responsibilities include facilitating live coding sessions, sharing industry insights, assisting learners in understanding core concepts, and helping them build real-world projects. You will also review assignments, provide constructive feedback, and aid in career preparation, including portfolio enhancement and interview readiness.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development, including front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience mentoring, teaching, or guiding individuals in a professional or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to break down complex technical topics into easy-to-understand concepts
- Relevant experience in practical project implementation and problem-solving
- Commitment to fostering growth and confidence in learners
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Prior industry experience in software development is an added advantage
