Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist based in Tiruppur. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will provide compassionate care to clients, conduct thorough mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, offer crisis intervention, and implement case management strategies. You will collaborate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive mental health services and support individuals in managing mental health challenges to improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care and Mental Health Strategies
• Strong knowledge of Psychology and related therapeutic practices
• Experience in Case Management and providing personalized care plans
• Capacity to manage Crisis Intervention effectively and empathically
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification in mental health is strongly preferred
• Experience working in a clinical, educational, or community health setting is a plus
