We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Mental Health Expert to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health support. Your primary responsibility is to engage with clients over the phone, provide basic emotional support, explain available services, and guide them in booking appointments with our psychiatrists or therapists.
Day shift timing: 9 AM to 5 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM

Job Location: Dabri Mor, Janakpuri (Delhi) 110045.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and respond to questions related to mental health services.
- Provide empathetic listening and preliminary emotional support.
- Educate clients about the services offered at Royal House of Psychiatry Pvt. Ltd.
- Schedule appointments with counselors or psychiatrists based on client needs.
- Maintain client data and update call records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure continued engagement and appointment adherence.
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams for smooth client service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good knowledge of mental health concepts is an advantage.
- Proficient in using computers and basic CRM tools.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Psychology, Social Work, or any relevant field preferred.
