We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer with a strong background in data analytics using Power BI. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable low-code applications while designing and embedding interactive dashboards to provide actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to digitize business processes, integrate data sources, and enhance user experience
Responsibilities

- Mendix Development (Low-Code)
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications using the Mendix Studio Pro platform (latest version 9/10).
- Create domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and user-friendly web/mobile pages.
- Integrate Mendix apps with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement security, validation, and performance optimization in applications.
- Power BI & Data Analytics
- Develop interactive reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop.
- Create advanced DAX queries, measures, and data models to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Connect Power BI to various data sources, including Mendix databases, SQL Server, Azure SQL, and APIs.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and optimize report performance.
- Integrate Power BI reports directly into the Mendix application interface.
- Collaboration & Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project KPIs.
- Follow Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices (Git, CI/CD) for deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both Mendix and Power BI.
- Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering is a plus
Essential Skills
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:Minimum 35 years of experience in Mendix development.
- Power BI:2+ years of experience in creating complex Power BI reports and DAX calculations.
- Mendix Tools:Proficient in Mendix Studio Pro, Domain Modeling, and Microflows.
- Data Skills:Strong SQL proficiency for data modeling and manipulation.
- Languages:Familiarity with Java/JavaScript for custom Mendix widgets.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Desired Skills
- Mendix Certification (Rapid/Advanced Developer).
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Synapse).
- Experience with UI/UX design (HTML/CSS).
