Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves promoting YBF memberships, driving member acquisition, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include building relationships with prospective members, delivering exceptional customer service, and presenting the benefits of YBF's offerings. The specialist will also provide training to prospective members to ensure they maximize the value of membership.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Membership Sales and Sales strategies
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive member experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in delivering Training and facilitating member onboarding
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with a mix of on-site and remote responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in networking, community management, or membership-based organizations is an advantage
  • Handle inbound ,outbound leads,followups,calls
