Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Membership Manager role based in Mumbai. The Membership Manager will oversee the end-to-end membership lifecycle, including handling inquiries, conducting introductions and tours, managing applications, onboarding new members, and ensuring timely renewals. They will maintain accurate membership records, analyze member data, prepare reports, and support strategy for membership growth and retention. The role includes serving as a primary point of contact for members, addressing queries and concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to provide a seamless experience. The Membership Manager will also support member engagement initiatives, including events, communications, and targeted outreach to strengthen relationships and drive participation.
Qualifications
- Membership Management skills to handle the full membership lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to renewals and retention.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with members and prospects professionally, empathetically, and confidentially.
- Analytical Skills to interpret membership data, track key metrics, generate reports, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Event Planning skills to support or lead member events, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, clubs, luxury services, or member-based organizations is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile, diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM or membership management systems and basic office productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
