Member Of Technical Staff- React Native Developer

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff - MTS (React Native Developer) to join our Engineering team within our Pune division. In this role, you will help build scalable, high-quality mobile applications that meet the needs of customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Product Management, User Experience, and backend engineering teams to deliver intuitive and performant mobile solutions.

You are a developer who is passionate about mobile technologies and experienced in building robust, user-friendly applications using React Native. You will contribute to technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities

. Follow Agile methodology for mobile application development . Estimate development tasks using story point estimation . Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native . Adhere to coding standards, architecture best practices, and definition of done . Write clean, efficient, and reusable code debug and deploy applications to production . Collaborate with backend and Core Engineering teams to integrate RESTful APIs . Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure high-quality user experiences . Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

Typical Qualifications

. 1 - 3 years of overall experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications . Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native . Good understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization . Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integration . Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms, build processes, and deployment . Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React . Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, Agile tools (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines

. Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Jest, React Native Testing Library or similar . Basic understanding of Java and SQL is a plus
