Job Title: Member Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Member Marketing Executive is responsible for engaging with members, handling resort bookings, and ensuring timely communication and service delivery. This role focuses on maintaining strong member relationships while ensuring smooth booking and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to members for engagement, follow-ups, and service-related communication.
Handle guest booking requests and coordinate reservations at the resort.
Process bookings using the Viewpoint system and send confirmation letters to members.
Ensure all member queries and requests are addressed within a 24-hour turnaround time.
Maintain accurate and updated records of member details and communications.
Adhere to office timings and follow instructions provided by the reporting manager.
Identify and track payments within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Ensure all payment submissions are updated and properly recorded.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of booking or CRM systems (Viewpoint preferred)
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office
Working Conditions:
Work as per company-defined office hours
Regular interaction with members and internal teams
