Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai, specifically tailored for RM (Relationship Manager), CBM (Cluster Business Manager), and BM (Branch Manager) roles. Responsibilities include client relationship management, achieving business targets, offering customer-centric financial solutions, and managing a diverse loan portfolio. Collaborative engagement with teams to enhance operations and adherence to company policies will also be fundamental to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, ensuring excellent client interactions and relationship management
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and meet business objectives
- Understanding of operational processes related to financial products and services
- Truck driving experience with a valid CDL Class A license is a plus, especially if relevant to the role
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in banking or microfinance is highly preferred
