Responsibilities Include
- Lead functional design, development and deployment for implementing Enterprise Asset Management-Plant Maintenance for global project/deployment.
- Enterprise Asset Management Processes relate to:
- Plant Maintenance including Routine, Preventative, Corrective and Emergency Maintenance dispatch and scheduling of resources (labor and materials)
- Procurement of contract labor and Spare Parts related to Maintenance and Management processes (partner with PTP)
- Data governance related to Plant Fixed Assets, Labor and Inventory Management; Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), PdMS Integration, and ASPM and SAC Fleet Dashboard reporting
- Integration of back end SAP system with the front-line mobility solutions
- Refurbishment Processes, scheduling and resource management
- Documentation storage and retrieval (Repair Reference Materials)
- Integration with manufacturing, warehouse systems and advance transportation systems as needed for equipment availability (downtimes) and transportation planning
- Expertise in discovery, solution design and build, deployment, and optimization of solution
- Experience in conducting online workshops for EAM -Plant Maintenance design and development.
- Manage process of Deployment using agile. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies
- Work closely and collaborate with onsite and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements
Must-Have
- SAP Functional Consulting experience configuring, deploying, ECC Enterprise Asset Management-Plant Maintenance module.
- Experience of implementation projects in multiple geographies
- Strong experience as functional consultant in leading requirement gathering, design and development process.
- Experience of integration with other functional areas like finance, make to deploy and procure to pay.
- In depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance and Asset Planning
- Experience of projects using Agile principles and practices like Backlog planning, development and deployment using sprints, participation in scrum, retrospectives
- Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the EAM (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Center, Work/Entry Permits etc)
Good-to-Have
- Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English
- Should be able to work with the SAP team on technical issues
- Should have experience in working with related workflow tools
- The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
- Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role
