• Years of experience required - 1 - 5 Years (only) into OTC Billing / Collections / Cash application.

Walk in on 22nd Mar 25 between 11 AM to 1 PM.

At (common Cafe, 1 st floor)

Work location : Whitefield Bangalore

Key components of success will include:

Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets and SLA

Regular communication to Team Leader

Robust escalation process.

Resilient under pressure and ability to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.

Committed approach to team work.

Major Responsibilities:

Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLA's set.

Daily validation & clearance of meter reading errors, contract errors, Partner Portal errors which are causing unbilled items.

Monitoring of billing holds

CFM activity

Collections & OTC Billing:

1. 10-15 customers calls a day (Estimated timing for a call and call preparation at an average of 45 mns- 60 mns)
2. Portfolio's Days Overdue less than 30 days
3. 60 + aged debt does not represent more than 10% of the total balance. Ageing receivables in control
4. No Value + activity opened more than 5 days.
5. UMCC in control, daily management : bank statement checked, remittance provided max 24h00 after the payment has

been received

6. Cash matching completed within 24 hours. No unmatched cash or credits on account for more than 30 days or 90 days

respectively without an action plan in place. 1% of the total balance as per ICMP metrics.
