Role: Medidata Analyst (Highly Skilled in Troubleshooting & Analysis)
Location:Pune / Nagpur Offshore
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Clinical Development Experience: Strong experience, specifically with the Medidata Rave suite (preferably including back-end/DB experience).
- System Support: Experience supporting systems and working with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
- Python:Intermediate knowledge (for RPA support and ad-hoc scripting).
- Java:Basic knowledge (for JAR file authentication).
- Troubleshooting Analysis:Advanced-expert skills.
- SQL:Advanced-expert skills in querying and manipulation.
- Microsoft SQL Server:Intermediate level in stored procedures development.
- API:Intermediate level with REST webservices.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Data Visualization:Tableau (intermediate level).
- Statistical Programming:SAS language (intermediate level).
- Version Control:GIT (intermediate level).
- Atlassian Suite: Experience with Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence (intermediate level).
- Scheduling Tools:VisualCron (basic level).
- Scripting:MSDOS command line (basic level).
