We are seeking a Senior Manager Delivery in Medical Coding to lead our coding team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical coding and management, ensuring quality delivery of coding services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the medical coding delivery team to ensure high-quality coding services.
- Oversee the coding process and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain coding quality assurance programs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the coding team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation and coding practices.
- Analyze coding metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Manage client relationships and address any concerns related to coding services.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Proficiency in coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
